On behalf of our client we are looking for an international experienced assistant for higher management level. The position is based in Walldorf (Baden) and preferred start date is 01.10.2015. Our client is an international successful software company.
TASKS
• Perform administrational tasks like calendar management, mail-box like reading and responding to correspondence independently or as agreed with management, workflow and action tracking
• Travel planning including booking, travel expenses and visa application
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and specific topics, being proactive and able to identify and solve problems
• Prepare/administer complex (activity/expense) reports, projects, documentation and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Support in communication within the team and across units
